Deposit:
For one day and multiple day trips I require a 50% deposit when a reservation is made. In order for me to hold dates, deposits must be received within 7 days after making a reservation. The remaining 50% is due within 30 days of the scheduled trip. I do not accept credit cards. A personal check is the preferred form of payment for both deposit and balance. The check should be made out to Darrell Vollert.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given up to 30 days before a reserved day trip or multiple day trip. Full refunds will not be given for trips cancelled less than 30 days before the reserved trip.
